People didn’t know about the promotions, or didn’t understand them when they did. We saw complaints about unclear progress, rewards, and entry points. Players struggled to return to the promo flow after opting in.

I ran usability tests, interviewed users, and collaborated with stakeholders to prioritize issues. Mapped the existing journeys and overlaid pain points. That’s when the idea of a central hub emerged.
The platform needed to solve the disconnect between practical tour operations and experiential storytelling. Visitors wanted more than just a ride – they sought authentic connections with each city, while operators needed tools to manage their operations efficiently.
