I ran usability tests, interviewed users, and collaborated with stakeholders to prioritize issues. Mapped the existing journeys and overlaid pain points. That’s when the idea of a central hub emerged.

This technical limitation was more than an inconvenience – it was actively undermining the brand's luxury positioning and losing potential sales opportunities.
