Users Were Confused, Disconnected, and Dropping Off

People didn’t know about the promotions, or didn’t understand them when they did. We saw complaints about unclear progress, rewards, and entry points. Players struggled to return to the promo flow after opting in.

Our approach focused on merging Scandinavian design principles with cutting-edge technology. The result is Boreal – a VR headset that doesn't just improve upon existing designs but fundamentally rethinks how users should interact with virtual environments.
In a market dominated by bulky, uncomfortable VR headsets, Nordvision envisioned a device that would prioritize human factors alongside technical excellence. Audits, Workshops, and Data: Finding the Real Problems

I ran usability tests, interviewed users, and collaborated with stakeholders to prioritize issues. Mapped the existing journeys and overlaid pain points. That’s when the idea of a central hub emerged.
